Flashbulb has a well established strategic international alliance with Targacom Advisory, a German commercial real estate PR and communications expert based in Frankfurt, to provide strategic advisory services to clients in the real estate investment industry.

Together Flashbulb and Targacom Advisory provide publicity and communications services to institutional investors, family offices and real estate service providers in the UK and Germany who are either currently, or are about to become, active in the respective markets.

Founded by Werner Rohmert and Jochen Goetzelmann, Targacom Advisorycovers the whole spectrum of corporate communications across the German real estate industry and develops integrated communications strategies and real estate solutions for German and international clients and offers a comprehensive range of communications services for real estate companies, open and closed funds, real estate banks and service providers in the real estate business.

Werner Rohmert has represented prominent companies and individuals from the worlds of real estate and finance since the mid-1990s, while Jochen Goetzelmann has been providing real estate companies with a full range of marketing and corporate communications services for over a decade.
