Andrew Barber, co-founder

Andrew has 25 years experience of marketing and public relations in the commercial property sector, having started his career as an office and industrial surveyor in 1987.

In 1989 he joined Vail Williams, where he became an associate partner dealing with industrial and office agency in the Hampshire and M3 areas. Clients included Slough Estates (SEGRO), PSIT/MEPC, Standard Life and Crest Nicholson.

Andrew has worked as a PR consultant in the commercial property sector since 2001 advising property investors, developers, surveyors and agents on publicity and media strategies within the UK and European commercial property markets.

Andrew contributes a regular blog on Property Week’s website regarding online search and social media and writes a blog for The B2B Social Media Guide.

Maud Rousseau, co-founder

Maud has over fourteen years experience in marketing communications, working in-house and agency-side, with some of the world's largest brands, forging strong relationships worldwide and developing an extensive portfolio of contacts in all areas of the media.

After graduating with a Masters in Strategic Marketing & Communications, Maud fulfilled senior corporate communications positions at rightmove.co.uk, Chime plc, FutureBrand and Dragon Rouge International. In that time, Maud has aligned communications to corporate strategy for some of the world's leading brands across a wide range of industries and in so doing, developed a worldwide portfolio of contacts across the full spectrum of media channels.

Kate Titchmarsh, co-founder

Kate has worked as a specialist public relations practitioner within the commercial property sector since 2002.

Over that time she has worked with a variety of surveyors, investors, developers, property companies, fund managers and asset managers, advising them on corporate public relations and communications strategies, media relations, crisis management, event organisation, public consultation, new business development and marketing plans.

Her clients have included: Savills, Tritax Group, SEGRO, Chester Properties, Harper Dennis Hobbs, Edgerley Simpson Howe, Quintain Estates & Development, BCM, Atisreal, E A Shaw, National Grid Property, More London, Turnstone Estates, TFT, PRUPIM and Chesterton Humberts.
